The Healthy Weight Task Force was created to raise awareness about the threat of obesity to adults and children, share resources, create partnerships and develop programs that encourage healthy lifestyles. We meet on the third Friday of every month from 8:30am - 9:30am. Members of the task force rotate hosting meetings, so the location may vary.

- Support local farmers and businesses and buy fresh, locally grown food
- Participate in a worksite wellness initiative at your place of work
- Ditch the car when possible and walk to your destination
- Encourage healthy food options in your local schools
