Women Working Wonders (“WWW”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who register for, sponsor, donate to, or otherwise participate in the Women Working Wonders Power of the Purse event.
The event is presented by Women Working Wonders, with payment processing provided through the Greater Lowell Health Alliance (GLHA).
Information We Collect
When you purchase a ticket, make a sponsorship payment, make a donation, or otherwise register for the event, we may collect information such as:
- Name
- Organization or company name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Sponsorship level or ticket information
- Payment amount and transaction information
- Information you voluntarily provide in connection with the event
Payment Information
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe using the Greater Lowell Health Alliance’s Stripe account. Credit card numbers and other complete payment credentials are processed by Stripe and are not retained by Women Working Wonders or the Greater Lowell Health Alliance.
Payment and transaction information may be used to process your payment, issue receipts, administer sponsorships and event registrations, and maintain appropriate financial and accounting records.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the Power of the Purse event may be used to:
- Process sponsorship, ticket, and donation payments
- Confirm registrations and provide event information
- Communicate with sponsors, donors, and attendees
- Provide sponsorship recognition and benefits
- Issue payment receipts and acknowledgments
- Maintain financial and organizational records
- Meet applicable legal, accounting, and reporting requirements
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Event Recognition
Sponsors and donors may be publicly recognized as part of the Power of the Purse event and related promotional materials. Information used for recognition will generally be limited to the name of the individual, organization, or business and the applicable sponsorship level, unless additional information has been voluntarily provided for promotional purposes.

Information Sharing
Personal information may be shared with service providers as reasonably necessary to administer the event and process payments. This may include payment processing services such as Stripe and other vendors supporting event registration, communications, accounting, or event operations.
We will only share information as reasonably necessary for these purposes or when required by law.
Data Security
Women Working Wonders and the Greater Lowell Health Alliance take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment transactions are processed through Stripe’s secure payment systems.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
The Power of the Purse may use third-party services, including Stripe, to process payments or support event registration and administration. These services may collect or process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Women Working Wonders may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the applicable event or organization website and will be effective when posted.
