Digital Health Hawkathon

This 24-hour event provides UMass Lowell students from all disciplines an opportunity to develop and pitch a digital solution to a pressing health care and service problem.  Students will convene on Friday evening, discuss potential problems and solutions, will group in small teams, and then have 24 hours to “hack” together a digital health solution. Participants might propose a novel medical device, a new way to share medical records, a better method to record bedside care, programs for improved diagnostic accuracy, and so much more.
