HYPPE

Healthy Youth & Parents Through Partnership & Empowerment (HYPPE) is funded by the Atrius Health Equity Foundation through the Youth Change Agents Initiative, supporting youth-led community health solutions across Eastern Massachusetts.

The Greater Lowell Health Alliance (GLHA) is proud to announce the launch of Healthy Youth & Parents Through Partnership & Empowerment (HYPPE), a new youth-driven initiative supported by an 18-month, $1.4 million implementation grant from the Atrius Health Equity Foundation, with the potential to bring up to $4.5 Million to Lowell through 2030. GLHA is leading this effort in partnership with Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell, Project LEARN, Butler Middle School, Sullivan Middle School, Lowell High School, Lowell General Hospital/Tufts Medicine, Front Line Services, and additional Lowell Public Schools partners.

Our Mission:
To empower youth to drive community change through programs that promote social & financial opportunities, youth development, and lifelong health equity (where all people live healthy). Developed by teens on the Planning Committee.

Our Vision:
We envision a Lowell where consistent investment inspires youth and families to become leaders & creators of health and equity, expand access to care, and expand the life cycle. Developed by teens on the Planning Committee.
