In June, 2019, the City of Lowell will be celebrating PRIDE month to show support for the LGBTQ community and diversity in general throughout Greater Lowell including:

Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Groton, Lowell, Pepperell, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, and Westford. Last year we celebrated with over 500 community members at our PRIDE Parade & Festival! With the help of several individuals and organizations including the Greater Lowell Health Alliance, we will be hosting a PRIDE flag raising (June 1st – City Hall Lowell), PRIDE Parade & Festival (June 6th, Kerouac Park, Lowell), LGBTQ education and more throughout the month of June.

To help offset the costs of the PRIDE Month Celebration planning and programming, we will need to rely on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and philanthropic organizations. We hope that you and/or your organization will participate as a sponsor. There are various types of sponsorships as well as opportunities like placing an advertisement in the parade program or serving as a vendor to promote your business.

Individual PRIDE Parade & Festival Participation is FREE!

Sponsorship Options: 

PREMIER – $5,000

• Onstage welcome by the sponsor’s representative at June 1^st PRIDE event
• Sponsor’s banner will be displayed at major events (to be provided by sponsor)
• Full-page ad in PRIDE program book
• Logo included on products for PRIDE Month Celebration events
• Participate in June 1^st PRIDE parade with float, vehicle and/or marching group
• Premier booth placement at June 1^st PRIDE Parade & Festival
• Listing and links on GLHA website page for one year & social media marketing

COMMUNITY CHAMPION – $2,500

• Full-page ad in PRIDE program book
• Logo included on products for PRIDE Month Celebration events

COMMUNITY ADVOCATE – $500

• Indoor/Outdoor Options – Upon availability (tables & chairs included for inside only)
• Outside Vendors must bring their own table & chairs (canopy optional)
• Canopy, Table & Chair Rental – Additional $30 (Total $50)

Media Sponsorship (unlimited)

The Greater Lowell Health Alliance welcomes the support of media organizations as sponsors of the Greater Lowell PRIDE Month Celebration. The aim of media sponsorship is to increase visibility of the PRIDE Month Celebration programming and events. Media sponsorship levels and packages will be individually determined.

In-kind Sponsorship

The Greater Lowell Health Alliance is thankful for your donations to help offset the costs of PRIDE Month Celebration planning and programming. In-kind sponsors are negotiated on a per company basis. In-kind sponsorship is available for:

• Printing services (posters, banners, PRIDE guide, etc.)
• Food & Beverages
• Raffle Prizes
• Table, Chair, Tent Rentals
• Decorations
