An initiation will be held on Friday, for those who are volunteering on behalf of the healthy corner stores initiative. The goals and objectives of the initiative will be reviewed, and the working group will continue to discuss the logistics of the initiative further.
Attendees will be meeting with the co-chairs of the LGBTQ subcommittees to discuss our next events, and potential areas of focus for said events.

The GLHA marijuana sub-committee will be conducting their first meeting of the new year. The sub-committee will continue to discuss what role they play in recent transitions regarding marijuana legalization. Topics such as their role in consultations, advocacy, education and impact will be discussed at length.
