Bridging the Gap: Professional Medical Interpreter Training.
Lowell Community Health Center is conducting the nationally recognized Bridging The Gap Professional Medical Interpreter Training. This training program is open to bilingual individuals that perform interpreter related services. The goal of this course is to master the art of medical interpreting.
Please note the following:
- Registration is on a first come, first served basis and the deadline is Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
- Registration preference will be given to participants serving Greater Lowell community agencies.
Network Connection Meeting: Child & Family Mental Health Awareness.
Join Vital Village, Child Witness to Violence Project, Care Dimensions, and community partners as they work together to raise awareness, build understanding, and uplift community strategies to support mental health for every child and family. Join them for an active meeting, with activities to support caregiver strengths, collective actions, advocacy opportunities, and resource sharing.
It will take place at the Vine Street Community Center, 339 Dundley Street from 5-8PM
