SUD Recovery and Remembrance Vigil
The Lowell community will be coming together on Monday, September 13th from 4:30 – 6:30 PM, to honor the lives lost to addiction. There will be vendor tables and the opportunity to bring a photo of a loved one to display. For questions, please email LEmond@lowellma.gov.
