Stress Management with Self-Hypnosis

Stress makes us frustrated, ineffective, unhappy and it can even cause injury. Learn how to improve the ways you currently cope with stress by utilizing self-hypnosis and various natural techniques, such as relaxation, breathing, affirming and visualizing. Participants will also explore techniques that utilize self-hypnosis as effective reinforcement, such as relaxation, reflection, meditation and quieting.
This is a two-part workshop. The first week attendees will learn stress management skills, and the following week they will return to discuss if they used them and how they worked.
